Commemorating the most significant day for India, the staff and the students of Avicenna International school celebrated the 76th Independence Day on Monday, 15th August 2022, in compliance with the protocols set by the constitution of India. Recitation of Quranic verses by the students, followed by the translation in English, marked the beginning of the day. Eloquent speeches on topics pertaining to the freedom struggle and the role of the younger generation in the future development of the country were delivered by the students and inspired the audience.This was followed by the flag hoisting by our respected Principal, Imran Qureshi, who addressed the staff and students, emphasising the need of developing a growth oriented approach in our lives.The day echoed with energy and patriotism through songs and poems based on the country.
